About Elyse

Elyse Eisenberg earned her master’s degree in reporting from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis. After working for Thirteen/WNET in very different capacities, as an editorial web producer for thirteen.org and as a web editor and television producer for the show NOW on PBS, she decided to pursue a career on the online side and follow her passion for writing about healthy eats.
When not playing tennis, visiting the local farmers market, and eating at the new Whole Foods Market right in her neighborhood, Elyse is busy talking to New Yorkers and finding out their favorite and not-so-favorite healthy eats.
