Plus, it's packed with flavor and healthy ingredients that will keep you full all morning long. Happy cooking!

Spinach Frittata with Russet Potatoes is a simple and easy-to-make dish which uses basic ingredients like potatoes, eggs, spinach, and onion. However, it tastes great and the addition of cheese gives it an extra kick.

The humble frittata is one of the most satisfying dishes you can make for a brunch. It’s great for beginners, as it doesn’t require any complicated cooking skills and comes together quickly. We like to use russet potatoes, which have a nice bite and add a creamy texture to the dish, but any potato will do—except Yukon Golds, which tend to turn out too starchy.

Stuffed with all the goodness of spinach, this frittata recipe will surely make you fall in love with it.

    Frequently Asked Questions

How do you keep a frittata Fluffy?

This substance lends frittatas their distinctively creamy, fluffy feel. Frittatas cook up flatter and a little bit more densely without this crucial component. Use this advice: Make sure to whisk in some milk or cream after you've finished mixing the eggs. Use ¼ cup of dairy for every six eggs as a general rule.

How do you make a frittata not watery?

Just before cooking, beat and season the eggs for the fluffiest frittata imaginable. The eggs will turn runny if you mix the salt and eggs together before you start cooking. Before putting the pan in the oven, make sure the broiler has had time to heat up.

Why did my frittata go flat?

The eggs will be too loose if there is too much dairy used. If you use too little, you won't get the creamy, delectable goodness. For our frittatas, we use cast-iron pans that have been well-seasoned; this prevents the issue of crusty eggs on the side of the pan.
