    This morning choco-latte recipe is a great way to enjoy a low carb, high-protein breakfast. Raw cacao and cacoa powder is helpful for circulation and mood stabilization, and spirulina provides vital micronutrients for a healthy mind and body.

    Morning, after a good night sleep, coffee and something sweet sounds like the perfect way to start off the day. And why not have that something sweet to enjoy with a dairy-free chocolate latte?

    It's time to indulge in some delicious, creamy goodness! If you're looking for a dairy-free version of your favorite coffee drink, this recipe is for you. This drink has the perfect balance of flavors and textures; it's sweet with a hint of chocolate and smooth with a touch of creaminess. There are so many things that can go wrong when making coffee, but not when making this one!

    I got this recipe from a friend who, like me, doesn’t eat dairy but still wants that creamy richness.

    Morning Choco-Latte

    Ingredients (2 servings)

    • 2 Tbs raw cacao
    • 1 Tbs Dandy Blend
    • 1-2 tsp raw honey
    • 2 Tbs hemp seeds
    • 2 caps Peaceful spirit
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or a few drops of vanilla extract
    • 3 cups of hot water

    Instructions

    • Bring your water to the hot drinking temperature you like
    • In a high powered blender, blend all ingredients together
    • Enjoy
