    • 1 Tbs Dandy Blend
    • 1-2 tsp raw honey
    • 2 Tbs hemp seeds
    • 2 caps Peaceful spirit
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean powder or a few drops of vanilla extract
    • 3 cups of hot water

    Instructions

    • Bring your water to the hot drinking temperature you like
    • In a high powered blender, blend all ingredients together

    This choco latte is a grown-up version of a hot chocolate that's excellent for any time of day! I enjoy a glass of wine with my breakfast, but I also enjoy one as I settle down for the night.
