One of the stupidest questions I’ve ever been is asked was by a woman who wanted to know if she and her family could get all the veggies they needed for the day in a can of V-8. Many of you may read this and think it’s not that stupid. The can says you can. The can might say that, but all your servings of vegetables should not be in a can in the first place so let’s just move on from there and get back to the Drinks for Morning.
I am sipping on mine right now. It is light, refreshing, kind of tart, a little sweet, slightly sour with a good kick of spice. What is it giving me in terms of health?
