Hi,
I read your Pesto Kale Chips recipe on NGI Blanced and Shocked blog and tried it. I am not sure if there is some liquid missing from the recipe as I could not make a good marinade in blender the first time. Can you please advise if there is water to add? I did it a second time and added alot more oil but still it was too oily. Is the low oven 80′C baking time 30-40 minutes also accurate? How long do these kale chips last after baking and what is the best way to store them? Thanks for your blog and sharing healthy eating and mindful health.

Hi, Great to hear from you! The marinade should be pretty thick, but if you would like a smoother marinade, cut out the sesame seeds, and add some more lemon juice. Set your oven to the lowest temperature and leave the door slightly open. The cooking time varies, depends on your oven, etc., so bake them until completely dried out and crispy. Here are some other kale chip recipes from my friend Meghan Telpner: http://meghantelpnerblog.com/2010/05/07/kale-chips-way-3-and-weekend-brunch/
